Marcone Commercial Kitchen entered 2025 with 51% additional brand offerings in its catalog of repair parts, due to growing partnerships with top industry original equipment manufacturers.

Just two years after entering the commercial kitchen marketplace, Marcone is contracted to distribute parts for OEMs that represent all commercial kitchen equipment categories. Additional growth came in the Canadian marketplace and through the warewashing sector, with top brands Hobart, Moyer Diebel and Champion now being stocked in our distribution facilities in Mississauga and Calgary.

In addition, Canadian providers had access to OEM parts for Vulcan, Traulsen, Hobart and Alto-Shaam for the first time through Marcone and ITW Food Equipment Group.

The manufacturers added in 2024 represent a large sector of the food service industry, ranging from primary cooking and refrigeration from Atosa for university cafeterias to Insinger warewashing machines for healthcare. Other brands, such as refrigeration system provider Hussmann, are found in food retailers nationwide such as supermarkets, big box and convenience stores.

Marcone entered the Commercial Kitchen market in late 2023 in response to market research indicating a need for commercial kitchen parts distribution options. Expedited delivery is a priority for Marcone, where 99.5% of in-stock orders ship the same day if ordered before 4 p.m. local time. Next-day ground delivery is available to 93% of the U.S. and two-day ground to 100% of the country.
