How long have you been in the PHCP-PVF industry?
TR:
Five and a half years.

What drew you into the industry?
TR:
I was looking for a career while in college and my dad said that one of his manufacturer’s representatives was hiring!

What is the most rewarding aspect of working in the industry?
TR: Relationships and product knowledge. There is a never-ending flow of products, systems, and processes to learn about. And the fact you are able to grow/do this with your customers every single day.

What is one thing you wish more people knew/understood about the PHCP-PVF industry?
TR:
The relationships you are able to form and the events! You are constantly growing with wholesalers, contractors, representatives, and manufacturers. There are also countless events & outings that make the whole industry worthwhile.

What has been the proudest moment in your career so far?
TR:
Moving to Minneapolis from St. Louis to work in a different market, yet the same industry. And then coming back to St. Louis. Working in a completely different market 8 hours away really changes your mindset on the industry and helps you grow a ton.

What is one thing most people don’t know about you?
TR:
I have a whole LEGO Star Wars collection — it is my pride and joy.
