- Madison, Wisconsin-based First Supply announced JUSTIN SCHOTZ has been promoted from warehouse manager to branch manager of the distributor’s Eau Claire, Wisconsin branch. First Supply also named TIM RISSMAN as its Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota-area manager.
- Caleffi North America recently hired JOHN WITCZAK to its customer service team. He will work closely with Caleffi customers and the sales team to provide accurate order processing and friendly support, the company notes.
- PTI, a manufacturer of HVAC and plumbing pipe insulation, named DARREN GREEN operations manager of its facility in Hickory, North Carolina. Green oversees all day-to-day operations, including manufacturing, product development, quality, logistics and customer service.
- Armstrong Fluid Technology named building technology industries veteran MIKE FISCHER commercial director and country leader, USA. Fischer is responsible for all sales and sales support functions in the United States.
- Valley Forge & Bolt, a manufacturer of hot-forged industrial fasteners, welcomes RICK BAILEY to the company as chief metallurgist. During his career Bailey has specialized in steel, the core component of Valley Forge products.
- Uponor’s New Venture Development function will be led by company Vice President DOUG FULTON and will seek growth opportunities through corporate acquisitions and joint ventures, as well as internal product development. Fulton reports directly to Uponor North America President BILL GRAY.

- Bensenville, Illinois-based WORLD DRYER doubled the warranty for all its VERDEdri, SMARTdri series and SLIMdri hand-dryer models. The products now feature an industry-leading 10-year limited warranty to match product performance, World Dryer says.
- LOCHINVAR recently announced the launch of a new online product training series to provide contractors and channel partners with additional educational opportunities. The series, available via www.lochinvaru.com, gives customers free access to classroom-style learning hosted by industry experts, the company notes. Lochinvar offers multiple class options every other week on Tuesday and Thursdays at 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. (CDT).
- CM SERVICES, a 43-year-old second-generation association management company headquartered in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, announced it is beginning a partnership with the WATER AND SEWER DISTRIBUTORS ASSOCIATION (WASDA). CM will provide full association management services to WASDA with the goal of helping WASDA identify and achieve its mission.
