Merfish United has announced its decision to change its name to United Pipe & Steel Corp., a name the company previously held prior to combining its business with Merfish Pipe & Supply in 2019.

Low oil pricing, supply chain disruption and lack of skilled labor are some of the top concerns among master distributors around the county.

The majority of distributors agreed that while they know the workforce and customer base are aging, they aren’t yet feeling a prominent shift related to business practices and customer habits.
