Photos reveal the company’s first owned renewable energy on distribution network.

Ferguson purchased and installed a solar array for our Perris, California Distribution Center. This rooftop system will be the first instance of owned renewable energy on our distribution network and is expected to offset 1,305 metric tons of carbon dioxide annually.
Ahead of National Coloring Book Day on August 2, Ferguson shared its digital coloring and activity book that includes age-appropriate coloring activities, mazes, word searches and games.
Ferguson announced the completion of its additional U.S. listing on the New York Stock Exchange. Ferguson will retain its premium listing on the London Stock Exchange and inclusion in the FTSE 100 index, and its ordinary shares will trade on both exchanges under the ticker symbol: FERG.
Companies were tested on their ability to sustain critical business activity when an arctic storm swept across Texas and then into 25 additional states. The ice storm left catastrophic and unprecedented damage.
According to AccuWeather Founder and CEO Dr. Joel N. Myers, the total damage and economic loss caused by the historic storm could be close to $50 billion.
Ferguson announced the acquisition of Old Dominion Supply, Inc. (“Old Dominion”), a wholesale distributor of HVAC parts and supplies in Maryland and Northern Virginia, and Atlantic Construction Fabrics, Inc. (“ACF”), a geotextile company operating along the East coast.
