Morrison Supply opens new Texas branch

Morrison Supply Co., recently hosted a grand-opening event at its new Friendswood, Texas, location at 14500 Beamer Rd. Designed by Dan Rucker of Coastal Bend Property Development, the new facility features a standalone waterworks division, leaving behind the plumbing and PVF inventory at Morrison’s Houston location.
During the grand opening, the store hosted a fish fry, serving more than 400 fish filets for guests and associates to enjoy and gave away about $5,000 in raffle prizes. Several contests also took place.
The new location boasts a large inventory of Kennedy valves and hydrants, concrete structures and reinforced concrete pipe, mechanical joint fittings, water pipe, sewer pipe, copper, A.Y. McDonald waterworks brass and PVC fittings.
