F.W. Webb to relocate distribution facility
F.W. Webb recently announced plans to relocate its Amherst, Mass., distribution facility to Londonberry, N.H.
The wholesale distributor plans to construct a 1-million-sq.-ft. facility in Londonberry that will become one of the largest structures in New Hampshire. The company notes if all goes according to plan it would bring site work in May and open the facility in the fall of 2017.
The current Amherst building is 400,000 sq. ft. F.W. Webb officials said the projected cost of the project is $55 million.
