APR Supply opens new location
APR Supply Co. and Schaedler Yesco Distribution recently announced the opening of their new joint branch location in Hazleton, Pa.
The newly constructed 11,600-sq.-ft. building is located at 171 S. Filmore Ct., and features a sales counter to service the area’s contractors and 8,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space to store materials.
The first APR Supply Co. branch opened in Hazleton in 1995 and the new branch is the first time the company has changed locations in the Hazleton area. The move represented an opportunity for Schaedler Yesco Distribution, a joint venture partner of APR, to move into the new location as well.
“This special joint venture relationship between APR and SYD is integral to the success of both businesses,” APR President and CEO Scott Weaver said. “It provides a unique benefit to our customers as well, creating a one-stop shop for all the supplies the may need on the job.”
