its acquisition of Fairfield, NJ-based S. Franklin & Son.
PHCC supply wholesaler Aaron & Co. announced its acquisition of Fairfield, NJ-based S. Franklin & Son. The Fairfield, NJ, location will become the seventh branch in the area for Piscataway-based Aaron & Co. Other locations include Piscataway, New Brunswick, Somerville, Flemington, Freehold and Trenton.
Arthur Franklin has been appointed as the company’s director of strategic development, and all current S. Franklin & Son employees will find new positions within the organization.
Aaron & Co. has been serving the professional HVAC and plumbing and heating contractor for 78 years.
