A recent article by Politico shows there’s still conflicting data concerning voters’ opinion of the Employee Free Choice Act. Legislators looking to poll numbers in order to make up their minds will find confusion.

“EFCA is an area where pollsters are in danger of measuring a nonattitude, where there really isn’t an attitude to measure,” editor and publisher of pollster.com Mark Blumenthal told Politico.
