American Supply Association (ASA) is urging its members to contact their
Representatives and Senators in Washington, D.C., about the Employee Free
Choice Act (Card Check).

Organized labor has made passage of this legislation its top priority as the new Congress has convened, ASA said, and it is expected to be introduced soon.
Unless all ASA members take action now, the decision on forming a union WILL NOT BE BY SECRET BALLOT, ASA said. ASA is offering its members a five-minute solution on its Web site, helping them to send letters to their elected officials.
