Mincron SBC Corp., a supplier of distribution and warehouse software solutions, was acquired by Briarcliff Solutions Group LLC (BSG), an owner and operator of businesses that provide software solutions in the supply chain.

Mincron will remain an independent business based in Houston, with Paul Lightfoot of BSG as chief executive officer.
