Basco Shower Enclosures hired Dale Sturgill as director of customer service. Formerly, he was the call center operations manager at Lasik Plus Vision in Cincinnati. In other news, Jim DeBruer will resume his position as training specialist at Basco University, a training program for selling and installing glass shower doors and enclosures. He helped create the class curriculum when the program was started in 1999.
