Basco Shower Enclosures announced that John Burgoon, director of quality assurance, will now be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company’s full service centers in the Cincinnati, Chicago, and Baltimore areas. This includes facility management, installation and administration. Burgoon joined Basco in 2005. Prior to that, he worked for Xomox where he held various positions, including engineered products supervisor and lean manufacturing engineer.
