Rockford Separators model R-AGRU (Automatic Grease Recovery Unit) grease interceptors are designed to intercept and remove large quantities of fats, oils and grease (commonly known as “FOG”) that interfere with proper drainage and treatment of wastewater. The design features no moving parts for trouble-free operation, multiple location placement, retention of grease-laden solids in the strainer basket, timer-controlled heat activation and a liquefied grease collection box.
