She addresses the importance of a training audit to examine your company’s training needs and current resources. Additionally, she provides solutions for overcoming resistance to training and motivating employees. She will challenge you to weave training activity into all aspects of your company’s operations.

A dynamic speaker and instructor, Dr. Levering is an 18-year distribution human resources expert. By drawing on her training and experiences as an educator and a therapist, she is able to establish career-training programs that foster company growth.
