Roth Industries opened a $10 million plant in Watertown, NY, located near Lake Ontario, the St. Lawrence River and the Canadian Border.
The company is said to be the first in the U.S. to manufacture double-wall tanks comprised of a polyethylene inner tank and a sealed galvanized steel outer tank, for the storage of fuel oil and other products.
