Franklin
ECR International hired Thomas J. Legutko as marketing director. He previously worked for Carrier Corp., where he was the chilled water and split system product business manager.

Also, ECR named Neal Franklin regional sales manager, North Central, covering Iowa, northern Illinois, Indiana, western Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, Wisconsin, and the Dakotas. He spent the past seven years as a district sales manager in the upper Midwest and the Virginias for a major HVAC manufacturer.
