ECR International has hired Kevin Pheney as district sales manager, responsible for sales of the Utica, Dunkirk and Pennco product lines in and around the greater Chicago area, as well as managing all independent representative agencies within Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin and Minnesota. Pheney recently spent three years with Lochinvar Corp.
