General Plumbing Supply (Edison, N.J.) painted seven of its trucks to feature Rheem Water Heaters' residential and commercial product lines. The wholesaler began marketing and promoting the water heaters with contractor training, wholesaler personnel training, sales calls, promotions and advertising after its conversion from State Water Heaters in May 2004. “This has generated a dramatic increase in sales and market penetration for Rheem in New Jersey,” said Robert Kolakowski, district sales manager of Rheem Water Heaters.
