Ferguson/Lyon Conklin in Baltimore named Dave Mattera president/general manager. Mattera, a 20-year veteran of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning distribution industry, joined Ferguson in October 2003 as an executive trainee. He had been president of Comfort Supply in Houston, TX. Previously, Mattera was regional manager of RE Michel Company in Glen Burnie, Md.
