Plumbmaster, a supplier of plumbing repair and maintenance parts owned by NCH Corp. of Dallas, was acquired by Bradford Equities Management of White Plains, N.Y., for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition of the Concordville, Pa.-based company was scheduled to close Dec. 31.
Plumbmaster, which had been part of the plumbing products group of NCH, will continue to operate its Concordville warehouse as part of Bradford Equity Management.
Lloyd Coppedge, who served as chairman, president and chief executive of Wolverine Brass Co. until August 2001 when it was acquired by Bradford Equities, will serve as president and chief executive of Plumbmaster after the sale is completed.
