DWV Casting Co. named William Vollmar, former manager of grooved products at Star Pipe, its national sales manager. William Hemphill has been appointed vice president of sales and marketing. DWV is based in Houston and has a complete line of NH and SV fittings and pipe, as well as stainless steel couplings.
