NIBCO appointed James Drexinger senior vice president/general manager and Steven Malm was named senior vice president/general manager TOLCO. Rex Martin will continue as chairman, president and CEO. Drexinger joined NIBCO in 1994 as vice president/marketing for the residential division. He has held various positions at the company including most recently vice president/sales and marketing. Malm joined NIBCO in 1996 as vice president/ international. He was promoted to vice president/ international and business development in May 2000. NIBCO acquired the assets of TOLCO Inc., a manufacturer of pipe hangers, pipe supports, seismic bracing, framing channels and fittings based in Corona, Calif., in June 2002. TOLCO has additional locations in Houston and in Sacramento, Calif.
