Olin Corp. has completed its merger with Chase Industries. The company's subsidiary, Chase Brass & Copper Co., produces brass rod used by a number of plumbing manufacturers in various plumbing fixtures and fittings.
Thomas Gura, former Olin Brass president, was named to the new position of corporate executive vice president/Metals Group. He will have responsibility for Olin's brass operations and Olin's new Chase Brass & Copper Co. affiliate.
