ITT Industries has purchased the Biopharm Manufacturing Div. of Martin Petersen Co., a leading manufacturer of process systems for the biopharmaceutical industry. The company's integrated modular systems and other product offerings complement ITT Industries' Pure-Flo valves, skids, vessels and process systems.

Located in Kenosha, Wis., the company employs 180 people and has annual revenues of about $32 million. With the completion of the transaction, the company will operate under the name Pure-Flo MPC.
