Basco appointed John Burgoon director of quality assurance. His main responsibility will be to develop Best Practices for manufacturing shower enclosures and apply and integrate them throughout the company. Previously, Burgoon worked for Xomax, where his positions included engineered products supervisor and lean manufacturing engineer.
