The company was founded in 1956 by Harold Bergman, Ralph Woodcock and John Armbruster in Cleveland. Today, the company has offices in Cincinnati and Columbus, OH, and satellite offices in Pittsburgh; Cleveland, Akron and Dayton, OH; and Louisville, KY.
