How long have you been in the PHCP-PVF industry?

Have been around the industry my whole life, but I went full-time seven years ago.

What drew you into the industry?

As a 3^rd generation rep, I grew up watching my father, who founded TMI in 1997, as well as my grandfather, who founded Morales Sales in 1957, strive to be the best in their field and I hope to continue their legacy of working hard and putting people first.

What is the most rewarding aspect of working in the industry?

Working with my family and friends throughout the industry.

What motivates you every day?

Helping our customers solve problems, especially when we can provide an innovative solution.

What is one thing you wish more people knew/understood about the PHCP-PVF industry?

That there is a role for any skill set and there will always be a need.

What has been your proudest moment in your career so far?

When our agency received Winsupply’s first Rep of the Year award.

What is one thing most people don’t know about you?

Have a degree in Civil Engineering (War Eagle).

Before that, she served as an editor and digital content director for Southern Trade Publications, a publishing company focused on the PHCP trades and real estate industries. Natalie holds a bachelor's degree in communication studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
