Robertson Heating Supply (RHS) is pleased to announce it has completed a definitive letter of intent to purchase the assets of MacDonald Supply. MacDonald Supply is a 55-year-old, 2nd generation distributor operating three Ohio locations in Findlay, Defiance and Bellefontaine.

Current owner, Kevin MacDonald, will remain with the business and help continue Robertson’s growth and expand its offering and representation of top tier plumbing and heating products.
