For the 3rd year in a row, The National Association for Business Resources has named The Granite Group a national winner of its “Best and Brightest Companies to Work For” award.

The 2020 National winning companies were assessed by an independent research firm which reviewed a number of key measures relative to other nationally recognized winners. The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in the Nation Winners will be honored during the virtual Illuminate Business Summit week in the spring of 2021.

Companies competing for this honor are assessed based on categories such as communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, retention and more. With over 20 years of experience conducting the Best and Brightest competitions, the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) have identified numerous best Human Resource practices and provided benchmarking for companies that continue to be leaders in employment standards.

The national Best and Brightest Companies to Work For award is the 4th workplace honor The Granite Group has received in 2020. Earlier this year, they were named a regional winner of the Boston “Best and Brightest Companies to Work For” award and they were also honored by Business NH Magazine as both a Best Company To Work For and a Top Family-Owned Business.
