F.W. Webb Co. announced the close of its acquisition of the Collins Pipe & Supply Co. location in Aston, Pennsylvania.

Collins Pipe & Supply Co. is a wholesale distributor of engineered specialties, pipe, valves and fittings (PVF) with headquarters in East Windsor, Connecticut. The Collins Companies will continue to own and operate its eight other locations.

This marks the second F.W. Webb location in Pennsylvania. The Aston site services industrial end users and contractors who support the oil and gas refinery industry, and the power and process markets in the greater Philadelphia area.

The nearly 1-million-square-foot F.W. Webb Central Distribution (CD) facility in Londonderry, New Hampshire and the company’s stocking hub in Piscataway, New Jersey will support and provide regular stock replenishment to the new Aston location.
