But our work is far from done. As finding good people becomes a greater challenge, recruitment, development and retention becomes more important than ever. The Karl E. Neupert Endowment Fund plays a critical role in ensuring ASA University remains the industry standard for training and education, and continues to support your efforts to hire the best, elevate them to be better and keep them at your company.
