Ed Allred has joined Western Water Works Supply Company as a vice president.  His primary responsibilities will be to lead and direct WWW in the Utah market and be a member of the company's leadership team, the distributor noted.

After receiving a bachelors of science degree in multinational business operations from Florida State University, Alred’s extensive and entire career has been in the waterworks industry. He began his waterworks career in 1981 as an outside sales representative for Davis Meter & Supply in Tampa, Florida. In 1987 he became a district manager for National Waterworks (legacy businesses - US Filter, Davis Meter & Supply). As a district manager he successfully led and directed the sales and operations of multiple waterworks locations, WWW noted.

In 2007 Allred became the national sales manager - special products for HD Supply Waterworks (legacy business - National Waterworks). In this position he successfully rolled out new products leading sales growth to $100 million within three years, WWW stated. In 2011 Allred became a director - strategic operations. As a director he was responsible for leading and integrating an acquisition and opening three new locations in the northeastern part of the United States.  In 2012 Allred was named regional vice president - West Region for HD Supply Waterworks. In this role Allred successfully led nine states, 37 locations and more than 350 associates.

Allred’s entire career has demonstrated a proven track record of success at every level, WWW noted. He has extensive experience in sales, operations, integration, leadership, talent acquisition and people development in the waterworks industry. Allred and his family reside in Draper, Utah.
