  • Birmingham, Alabama-based PVF distributor American Pipe & Supply hired Christopher Sweet as executive vice-president of sales. Sweet previously was at Jemison Metals for 18 years.

  • Houston-based Ron Henson Manufacturers Representatives and Dallas-based RRR Industrial Sales jointly announced they have entered into a definitive agreement to merge the two companies, subject to customary closing conditions.
