Mid-Atlantic plumbing and HVAC distributor Northeastern Supply might call Baltimore home, but its operating footprint extends beyond that reach.

With locations spanning Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia, the addition of a new branch in Seaford, Delaware makes for a total of 32 locations that serve a variety of plumbing and HVAC contractors working in the Mid-Atlantic region. The opening of the Seaford branch marks the fifth Delaware location for Northeastern Supply.

The new branch is located at 20675 Sussex Highway in Seaford. It is a full-service store, focusing on customers in the plumbing, HVAC, commercial installation, and water-system segments, and featuring brands such as Moen, Oatey, Bradford White, Goulds Pumps, American Standard, TOTO and Zurn, to name a few. Local inventory is backed by a 200,000-square-foot distribution center home to tens of thousands of products available at a moment’s notice, Northeastern noted.

The 10,000-square-foot building has three loading docks and an additional out building to allow for easy material loading and extra storage. Plentiful parking and proximity to Sussex Highway (Route 13) make it convenient for customers to access, Northwestern added.

Northeastern Supply veteran Chris Palmer, who achieved success managing Northeastern’s Georgetown, Delaware location, will lead the team in Seaford as branch manager. Palmer was born and raised in Seaford and is excited to return to his hometown to help build the community and serve area contractors.

“The Seaford/Laurel area has potential for growth of residential and commercial buildings as the economy recovers,” he said. “With our newest location we will be able to better serve our customers along the Route 13 corridor of Sussex County and build up the community.”
