Greenville, S.C.-based Eastern Industrial Supplies was awarded a 2017 South Carolina Top Workplaces honor by Integrated Media Publishing. The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, a research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement.
Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including alignment, execution and connection to name a few.
“The overall positive feedback from our ambassadors of our organizational health and workplace culture is humbling,” Eastern President and CEO Kip Miller said. “Our ambassadors truly care about people and they have a strong desire to have a positive impact upon one another, their communities, their country and cultures around the world. They are the reason our Eastern Cares initiatives thrive and drive our positive culture and growth.”
Eastern has 15 locations in North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee.
