MIFAB recently hired a pair of regional managers. Bob Marshall is the company’s new Northeast regional manager, while Brennan Doherty is the new Midwest regional manager.

Both report to Hugh Hornsby, MIFAB’s vice president of sales and marketing.

Marshall previously worked both on the national and regional level with companies such as Pentair and Moen and also was the co-owner of a manufacturers representative business.

“Bob’s high level of integrity and strong core values along with his desire to add value to everyone he meets makes him a great fit for our growing MIFAB culture,” the company stated.

Marshall will work closely with Paul Lacourciere, who has volunteered support of the company’s sales organization in handling representative inventories. “In addition, Paul will be playing a training role for all of our sales and marketing team. Paul continues as our vice president of backflow as well as a member of MIFAB’s executive team,” the company added.

Doherty previously trained in the Fastenal branch-training program and won awards for his leadership and growth. He also spent time as a business development manager with Symmons Industries working and developing the hospitality, health-care, senior-living and multifamily markets, growing his business nearly 50% in one year.

“Brennan’s high level of integrity and strong core values along with his desire to add value made him a fit to become a member of our MIFAB team,” the company noted.
