The company’s NAS Build-A-Tech apprenticeship has now produced 100 graduating classes and more than 850 technicians, with expanded training facilities and new partnerships helping meet nationwide demand for skilled HVAC professionals.
In this role, Williams will train more than 2,500 technicians throughout North America each year. He'll cover manufacturer specifications, offer repair tips and provide hands-on learning opportunities for a range of household appliances.
Once a company completes the assessment, it will receive a customized set of resources and recommendations based on those results. These will provide actionable suggestions for how to elevate training efforts and continue progressing along the Training Maturity Self-Assessment Tool pathway.
The event, held on July 18th, introduced girls to career opportunities in the trades.
