Jason Carroll has been employed with Bradford White Corp. for nearly eight years, but has worked in the manufacturing industry for more than 26 years. When he first started his career at Bradford White, he was the lead welding engineer and now works as a lead manufacturing engineer. Currently, Carroll leads a team of manufacturing technicians who support the day-to-day operations and execute continuous improvement projects that impact part quality, productivity and safety. He is also involved with weld process advancement and weld training programs for the company.
