The 2024 AD PHCP North American Meeting, AD’s largest meeting to date, welcomed over 1,300 attendees from AD member, supplier, and service provider companies for a week of collaboration and strategy. 

115 new members joined AD year-to-date, including over 50 that joined as part of the Edge Group merger, effective January 1. 

AD announced that the merger with IMARK Electrical has officially been consummated along with IMARK Electricals’ formal separation from IMARK Group.  

AD’s Service Provider program is designed to bring growth-oriented independent distributors and best-in-class supplier and service provider partners together with the purpose to outperform the market and to stay ahead of the competition. 

Same-store sales increased by 4% in the U.S., 1% in Canada, and 15% in Mexico, in their respective currencies. Member purchases from AD suppliers grew 4% to $10.1 billion. 

AD has been recognized on the Top Workplace list in the Delaware Valley for six years in a row, as a National Top Workplace in the U.S., as a Great Place to Work in Canada for two years running, and as a Best Workplace in Canada for the first time this year. 

AD presented Case for Smiles representatives with a generous check for over $15,000, which was fundraised and donated by AD associates.

AD announced that its owner/members elected three directors to its Board of Directors and an appointment.

Affiliated Distributors (AD) reported that member sales in the first three months of 2024 hit a record $19.5 billion, a 7% increase across AD’s 14 divisions and three countries.
