The Beringer Group, an independent business advisory firm, announced that its client, Delwood Supply, has finalized the sale of their company to Progressive Plumbing Supply Company.

Williams Distributing, Co., a distributor for heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and residential building products in the Great Lakes region, has been acquired by Daikin Comfort Technologies North America.
