Winsupply has completed the purchase of Discount Drainage Supplies, a waterworks distributor with three locations in Ohio. Based in Akron, Discount Drainage is the largest stocking distributor of drainage pipe and related products in Ohio, including culvert pipe, PVC pipe and septic supplies. Details of the purchase were not disclosed.
F.W. Webb Company announced the acquisition of Western Connecticut wholesale-distributor, Danbury Plumbing and HVAC Supply Co. Effective March 1, the Danbury location will begin operating as F.W. Webb and as part of the transaction, the business’s Creative Bath will open as a Frank Webb Home retail showroom.
The Collins Companies, an industrial distributors of pipe, valves and fittings and engineered specialties serving the Northeast, announced its decision to fully acquire the assets of Niagara Controls in Buffalo, NY and consolidate the management with their Collins Niagara Division in Syracuse, NY. Joseph A. Clemente, who was the Managing Partner of Niagara Controls, will now provide direction and guidance to both of these Collins’ divisions.
