East Windsor, Conn.-based The Collins Companies recently announced the promotion of Robert Brogle to Director of Technical Sales for all branches of the company.

“I could not be prouder of Rob’s accomplishments over the last 18 years.” said Brian Tuohey, president of The Collins Companies. “Through a lot of dedicated hard work Rob has become the ‘go-to’ person for our customers and our salesforce with our technical product lines. Our industry continues to become more and more complex with new technologies developing every day and it will be Rob’s primary responsibility to ensure we stay on top of this information so we can continue to offer our customers the absolute ‘best’ solution to properly fulfill all of their needs.”

Brogle started his career in the PVF industry at Hawaii Pipe and Supply in the early 1990s. Wanting to move back to his native New England, Brogle joined Collins in the spring of 1998 and began working to maximize the value he delivered to the company and its customers, The Collins Companies noted. The company added Brogle has been an integral part of the sevenfold growth it has enjoyed since he joined the Collins team.

Paul Andruszkiewicz, vice president of sales, will expand his responsibilities from overseeing only the New England branches to overseeing all of the company’s nine locations, adding the company’s New York and Pennsylvania facilities to his responsibilities.

“Considering this additional commitment, I knew I needed a strong technical right-hand person to help spearhead our technical product efforts,” Andruszkiewicz said. “As our portfolio of engineered products continues to grow we are committed to being the recognized experts in their presentation and promotion. Rob’s years of experience and technical aptitude makes him exactly the right person to spearhead this effort and guarantees our staff and customers stay abreast of our industry’s latest advancements and innovations.”
