Ferguson Fire & Fabrication recently announced the acquisition of Atlantic American Fire Equipment Co., in an asset transaction completed October 19, 2015.

Atlantic American Fire Equipment Co., was founded in 1984 by Paul De Camara and Patrick Roche based on their vision of providing the best fire sprinkler system products and services in the market. Headquartered in Warrington, Pa., the company has grown to six strategically located warehouses serving a 13-state region from Maine to North Carolina.

Ferguson Fire & Fabrication also acquired Central Pipe & Supply’s Mobile, Ala., business recently.
