MSC Holdings acquires Farnsworth Wholesale
MSC Holdings recently acquired the assets of Mesa, Ariz.-based Farnsworth Wholesale.
MSC Holdings, the parent company of Morrison Supply and Express Pipe & Supply, recently acquired the assets of Mesa, Ariz.-based Farnsworth Wholesale.
Farnsworth has five locations and focuses on the plumbing, HVAC and waterworks markets. Farnsworth will continue to operate under its existing brand name.
“With the addition of Arizona to our business, we have become a formidable supplier from Texas over to Southern California, which gives us the opportunity to be a predominant supplier in the Southwest,” MSC Holdings CEO Chip Hornsby said. “Our focus will continue to be on serving our customers at the local level.
