Perez de la Mesa named director of Morrison Supply

Supply Co. has elected Manny J. Perez de la Mesa as
a director of the company.
The Board of Directors of Morrison Supply Co. has elected Manuel “Manny” J. Perez de la Mesa as a director of the company. Perez de la Mesa is president and CEO of Pool Corp., the world’s largest wholesale distributor of swimming pool and related backyard products. Joining PoolCorp in 1999 as COO, Perez de la Mesa became CEO in 2001. From 1996 to 1999, he served as vice president of Distribution Operations for Watsco Inc., an HVAC/R distribution company.
Morrison’s Chief Executive Officer Chip Hornsby said, “Manny brings to our Board seasoned leadership in building high-growth, industry-leading distribution businesses. He has a unique track record in growing organizations through strategic acquisitions and internal people development. Specifically, his experience in building PoolCorp into a market leader with a well-respected brand name will be a valuable asset as we look to expand Morrison Supply in the coming years.”
Perez de la Mesa has also served on the Board of Directors for American Reprographics since 2004. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the US Chamber of Commerce.
