Briggs Industries has expanded its bathtub line with UltraCAST tubs, said to be stronger, warmer, quieter and cleaner. They are built of formed steel and fire-coated with a high performance rigid polymer reinforced, high-gloss porcelain enamel that is chip resistant and easy to clean. At 88 lbs., they are also lighter than comparable steel tubs to handle and install and are slip-resistant.
