NetworkASA 2010 will be held October 12 – 15, 2010 at the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile. In its return to the popular city, ASA’s annual convention will be a combination of seminars and workshops slated to cover important topics to all members of the industry, as well as some of the most popular networking events from recent meetings.

“Chicago is a favorite city of attendees and we are thrilled it will be hosting NetworkASA 2010,” shared Mike Adelizzi, ASA’s executive vice president. “Traditionally, our meetings held in Chicago are always well-received and have a strong attendance record. We plan on building off the success of last year’s meeting and outstanding reviews to bring the industry an event filled with education, information and networking opportunities that will bring value to all participants.”

In addition to the schedule of events, ASA has announced that former Deputy Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor to President George W. Bush Karl Rove will be the featured speaker during the Future Trends Luncheon, presented by Kohler Co. Thanks to his former career as the political architect of President Bush’s two political campaigns, his time in the White House and his current positions as a columnist and television commentator, Mr. Rove has incredible insight into the current state of politics and the economy, plus the experience to interpret what it all means for the future. “With the timing of NetworkASA coming just a few weeks before the mid-term elections, we couldn’t be more pleased to have Karl Rove speak at NetworkASA 2010,” said Adelizzi. “Attendees will have the privilege of hearing Mr. Rove’s insider knowledge in an intimate setting, with a Q&A session afterward. Mr. Rove’s message will be of great interest to business owners throughout our industry and ASA is honored to be able to present this unique opportunity to connect with one of today’s most influential political minds.”

Also on the agenda for this year are business and educational sessions, and many popular networking events, including the Wholesaler & Vendor Conference Appointments and Industry Interchange as well as the return of the IPD Open House.
