Allied Fitting a subsidiary of the Allied Group and Allied International, announced today that it has acquired Warren Alloy Valve & Fitting Co., distributor of stainless and specialty metal products.

Both Houston-based companies are industrial distributors of fittings and flanges, with Allied focusing more on carbon steel products.

Marc Herzstein, CEO of the Allied Group and president of Allied Fitting, said, “This acquisition strengthens the Group’s position in the market place and adds specialty metal products to our product offering. Warren has a long history in our industry and we intend to strengthen their reputation for breadth of inventory and customer service.”

Warren Alloy will keep its name, and continue to provide its own line of valves, as well as special alloy pipe and tubing to its industrial clients. The only changes will include a larger inventory of stainless steel and high alloy metals to its customers.
